Welcome!

Hi — my name is Kate. I’m not sure what I’m doing here with this blog, but all I do know is that I am meant to do this and that I need to introduce myself. You might be wondering why I’m calling myself the Cold Coffee Crafter? That is two-fold really. I’m a momma to two amazing boys — two and one year olds! Call me crazy – but it was totally worth it to have them back-to-back. I’m also a full time culinary arts instructor at a public high school. I love what I do, being a mom and teaching; but that often means that I never get to have a hot cup of coffee. You know what? That doesn’t really bother me… I LOVE me some iced coffee. It’s my preferred beverage anyway. 😉 Now beyond the Cold Coffee I am also a Crafter. I love to paper craft and have been an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator since January of 2020. I have always dabbled in paper-crafting since I was a child, but I took the plunge and joined the Stampin’ Up! company and I don’t regret it for one minute… but more on that later.
